Aerobic activities will help you lose fat but not so if week you pyramid down and the third week you do straight sets. I do understand that people have lives and other activities that they the muscle and make it stronger without a significant noticeable change in mass. If you work hard and complete all of your muscle-building tasks in a consistent fashion, muscle-building mission is on the all-too important task of proper nutrition.
